This is a complete B18B1 Cylinder head. It gave off a stock LS that used to me in my EG. I blew the bottom end, so I just took it apart. My loss is your gain. Good condition. Runs and drives. Ready to be bolted to a B18 or B20 bottom end. I've eve included a set of non vtec head bolts.
